In those apartments where there is a covered and secured outlet in the bathroom, electrical sockets can only be installed after the appropriate separation (e.g., shower cabin, etc.) has been installed.
The common representative has already ordered the selective and general waste bins, which will be delivered for the duration of the moves. Waste collection occurs multiple times a week on fixed days, and further information about the schedule will be provided by the property management. During the first few weeks, the paper bundles generated during relocation can be placed in the waste bins, which will then be baled and taken away by the property management. Hazardous or non-recyclable waste, such as plastic films and styrofoam left from packaging, cannot be placed in any of the waste bins. Using trucks or vans to drive onto the sidewalks surrounding the residential buildings and onto Sólyatér pedestrian street is not allowed in order to protect the new pavement tiles. In each staircase, the freight elevator is covered with plywood sheets to ensure that the walls of the elevator remain undamaged during moves. For furniture delivery, we kindly ask to use this elevator or the staircase.

Initially, newly installed sod requires a large amount of water to facilitate rooting.
For the first 2 weeks, the top layer of the soil must remain constantly moist to ensure the roots start growing toward the root zone where the irrigation system has been installed. Therefore, during the first 2 weeks, the sod should be watered from above 1-2 times daily; otherwise, the grass is expected to burn out or dry up.

Following the handover, the common expenses, renovation fund, and other utility charges related to consumption are the responsibility of the resident (owner). From the date of the handover, the new owner entering the possession of the purchased properties bears the incurred utility consumption costs. Each apartment is equipped with 1 heat quantity meter, 1 cold-water meter, and 1 hot-water meter, located near the entrance door in the corridors. The electricity meters for the apartments are grouped on each corridor and placed in a common meter cabinet.
For the heat quantity meter, the owner's details are reported to the utility provider by the joint representation.
The transfer of water and electricity meters must be arranged by the owner with the respective service provider within the deadline specified in the purchase contract.
